Description of goods and services
Most of the products (covers both goods and services) we offer online are of a descriptive nature and we publish as much detailed specifications of all the products as we can. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on this Site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and services. Do clarify with us before placing order should you require further information.

All product specifications, images and other information published on this Site have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufactures, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. We strive to make it as accurate and up to date as possible. Although we endeavor to provide accurate and timely information, there can be no guarantee that such information is accurate as of the date it is received or that it will continue to be accurate in the future.
Product orders
Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or for no reason at all. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any product or service.
In addition, we will try to get those out of stock goods and services back in stock very soon. If we have not been able to deliver the goods and/ or services to you in 60 days, from the date of order or date of expected delivery, whichever later, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp messages or call. However, if for any reason we determine that an out of stock good and/ or service is no longer available; we will cancel the items from your order and notify you.
Price
Price information on this site is subject to change without prior notice. The total price payable for the goods and services will be stipulated at the time when you place your order. If the supplier’s price increases, we are entitled to make adjustments to the price. If the price of goods and services is incorrect, we will email you and let you have the chance to cancel the order. All prices quoted on this Site do not include any import duties or other taxes, which your country may impose on the merchandise and shall therefore, be fully borne by you.
Payment
At present, we only accept bank transfer to Esteeli Sdn Bhd bank account. Once payment is made, please complete all particulars and upload to the relevant Order under My Account and reply to the confirmation email ([email protected]) with the scanned bank-in or bank-transfer slip. On the order that is the responsibility on you to provide us with accurate information. Any incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once we verify the payment received in our bank account; therefore, do use instant transfer for faster processing.
Cancellation
We may cancel an order if the Product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made free of interest. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Product.
Cancellation or Changes by Customer (Non-Faulty Product)
We do not accept cancellation of orders once it is confirmed. If you wish to change your order please contact us at 019-3351819 and email to [email protected] as soon as possible so that we can check the production status. Once the orders have been processed for production, we are unable to make any changes. Otherwise, we can assist to cancel the order and you can place the order again with the amount credited before.

We make no warranties or representations of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to this site or its contents including without limitation the products, information or services offered or sold on or through this Site or any other site to which this Site links and the uninterrupted and error free use of this site.
To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Esteeli Sdn Bhd disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Force Majeure
Force Majeure refers to any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of us or you which shall include, without limitation, acts of God, perils of the sea or air, fire, flood, drought, explosion, sabotage, accident, embargo, riot, civil commotion, including acts of local government and parliamentary authority; shortage of supplies, components, materials, breakdown or shortage of equipment and labour disputes of whatever nature and for whatever cause arising.

Notwithstanding any other provisions under this Terms of Service, Esteeli Sdn Bhd shall not be deemed to be in breach of the Terms of Service, or otherwise be liable to you, for any delay in performance or the nonperformance of any of its obligations under this Terms of Service, to the extent that the delay or nonperformance is due to any Force Majeure of which it has notified you, and the time for performance of that obligation shall be extended accordingly.
If the Force Majeure in question prevails for a continuous period in excess of three (3) months, either we or you shall be entitled to terminate this order by a notice in writing given to the other party. Notwithstanding any other provision of this clause, no occurrence of an event of Force Majeure shall relieve you and your obligation to pay us any amount due and payable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind (including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of good will, loss of use, loss of data, cost of procuring substitute goods, services or information, litigation or the like), related to the Site regardless of the form of action whether in contract, tort or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
